Went to the appointment. I wouldn’t go back. I called them multiple times after the 1st appointment to find out if my insurance was going to cover the procedure, if it was covered in network, etc. The office did not return my calls. I finally told them to cancel the procedure. I’m sure there’s a better medical office to deal with.
1) I sat before him for 20-25 seconds (no lie) before he acknowledged me. 2) I said I was there for chronic constipation, and he immediately went into his schtick. He took out a picture of a Fiber One cereal box, divided it into fours, and said I should eat one box every four days. Once he did that, I remembered I had seen him before for this. 3) He didn't assess my current fiber intake, how long the constipation problem was, what worked, and what didn't. 4) He said I needed to retrain my bowels and my colon would either burst or I'd have a bowel movement. I'm an NP, and I found his engagement style (if you can call it that) insulting, AND he spoke over me. 6) He said I'm not prescribing medication. I wasn't seeking medication. I wanted to rule out a medical basis for my condition before I saw a functional nutritionist. Maybe he was tired. Maybe he's tired of constipation complaints. Maybe there was something about me he didn't jive with or appreciate. Not sure, but I won't return.
The staff was professional and polite.
Dr. Tenner is truly the best! He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient with me. I knew I was going to have a good visit. Dr. Tenner was my brother’s Doctor. When he couldn’t get in touch with my brother, he would call me if it’s important. He provided me with his cell number in case I had any questions or concerns about my brother. The ultrasound technician, doctor’s assistant, front desk was great as well. Dr. Tenner is my new GI doctor. Thank you very much Dr. Tenner & staff.

Verified patient
Great bedside manners and very friendly staff
Verified patient
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Just wish the doors would be closed during consultation. Otherwise everything went well.
Verified patient
Bad experience in this office. Staff overbooked this doctor and patients had to wait for more than an hour for their turn. Doctor was arrogant, argued and criticized. He didn't even get up to inspect a patient. Instead, just prescribed something and ended the appointment.
Dr. Tenner is a great listener and very accessible, something that's not always true in the medical industry. The wait time was quite short, and the office ran smoothly.
Verified patient
Always a good experience

Verified patient
Was seen at the appointed time
Verified patient
My greatest complaint was the way to see the doctor and then when I had a have a sonogram the machine wasn’t working to wait for that was another hour or so so just to wait to see the doctor for five minutes took me two hours I believe that they probably overbooked and especially with this Covid it’s unacceptable
Verified patient
Everything was fine and commendable.
