“The office was great. HOWEVER, despite the fact that Zocdoc "confirmed" my appointment by email to me (and I followed up with both an email & call to Zocdoc "service" line for additional confirmation) when I got there I didn't have an appointment. In fact, the doctor was not even in that office on that day. The office informed me that THEY NO LONGER USE ZOCDOC and haven't for about a year. The office staff did set me up for an appointment to come back in a very reasonable number of days and were quite friendly and efficient.
So, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this provider (Doctor's Center) and give Zocdoc zero stars. They shouldn't be allowing people to make appointments with doctors who no longer work with them.”

About Dr. Sean Gupton
Sean Gupton, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician at the Doctors Center at Henderson, and at Southwest in Las Vegas Nevada. He has been practicing for twenty five years.
Dr. Gupton studied at University of Manitoba Medical College and completed residency there as well.
He was an ER doctor in the Midwest and did Urgent Care in Seattle.
Dr Gupton relocated to Maui where he opened his own urgent care. The next year he was voted into Maui’s top forty under 40.
After 10 years he sold the practice and moved to Las Vegas.
With his strong background in urgent care, Dr. Gupton is ready to diagnose and treat your acute medical problems.

The office did not accept online bookings through zocdoc. (Even though they are clearly on zocdoc) I scheduled my entire family and called my insurance to change my pcp. Filled out all the new patient paperwork (3 times-kids), sent my insurance information and no one from the office bothered to mention there was no appointment scheduled. When I spoke with the receptionist she could not explain to me where my paperwork was, my insurance card, ID, personal info, etc. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. I never got to see the doctor.

This was awful and I am very disappointed! We got there and learned that there was no appointment for me and that they couldn’t see me until next week. This after the confirmation of the appointment from this platform Zocdoc!
