“ZocDoc did not notify the office of my appointment and they had me for an appointment for 7/15 when I had the appointment for 7/18. I was even getting appointment reminders from ZocDoc for my 7/18 appointment. Front desk staff of lacking, a bit immature. Thank got there was doctors assistant that was helping at the front desk and knew what to do.

Sean was everything I expected to find on an audiologist after several times with other providers . He listened and provided clear and simple answers with a game plan solution to my needs .

At first he wasn't going to fix hearing aids but he finally gave in bec he said I got them at Hackensack hospital not at their office it's my first visit to NJ Eye & Ear in Englewood for audiology part. I spoke up and told him I need them to hear then I told him what my health insurance was. I guess he didn't know what plan I was on. We did make appt to see ear Dr for wax removal first before he do a hearing test then discuss plans for new hearing aids.

Dr. Kleczkowski is an excellent audiologist! knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable during the evaluation. I highly recommend him for anyone needing hearing care!

That office was a disaster! First, they have an optometrist and hair regrowth doctor in the same office so I didn’t know if I was in the correct place. I went to the front desk but nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help. I eventually signed in and took a seat. The receptionist called my name, told me I was in the wrong spot, and directed me to go upstairs. I went upstairs but a second receptionist told me the first receptionist was mistaken and I had to go back downstairs. The first receptionist then said I needed to speak to a third receptionist. I went over to receptionist #3 but she just ignored me even though I was clearly standing there waiting to speak with her. After standing there awkwardly for a few minutes I sat back down and waited. I finally left after about 15 minutes because they started calling patients who got there after me. Maybe the other patients were getting glasses or a hair transplant but I wasn’t waiting around to find out. It was really weird.
