Because of the number of people needing a hearing test, my wait was a little longer than expected however, that was explained to me so, I was aware of the reason for the wait. Otherwise, it was a great visit. Would definitely recommend Dr Kansal to fanily and friends. ”

The doctor is very friendly but unable to help with the issue. In the end, her recommendations were Tylenol or Advil in a situation where pain was not present. It seems like her knowledge was limited. I'd suggest going to someone more experienced.

Doctor came in and talked to me maybe 2 minutes total. I felt extremely rushed. I told her about my left ear occasionally going deaf and ringing and she told my it was insignificant. She referred me to another doctor to get my jaw checked. I'm sure she's a great doctor but I did not feel properly helped at all.

Dr Kansal is as awesome as they come! As soon as she walked in and introduced herself, we instantly matched vibes. The receptionists, medical staff and Audiologist ?? were absolutely pleasant and professional. Thankfully I don’t have to visit a doctor’s office much. However, the energy this staff gives makes me just want to stop by and say hello from time to time?

Honest assessment based on my examination and hearing test. Dr. Kansal clearly articulated a go-forward course of action including daily exercises, diet, and a 6 month follow-up. I was very please with my visit.

Dr. Kansal was very professional and tried to be efficient with her time so that the other patients wouldn’t have to wait extensively, which I appreciate. However, at no time did I feel rushed by her or feel like she was not trying to be thorough. She explained the treatment plan well. The staff that worked with her knew her well and the things that needed to be done prior to her coming in (such as consent forms and such), beyond the basic vital signs, which also expressed this notion of not wasting anybody’s time with arduous or tedious tasks while she was trying to work with patients.
