This was my first experience using MyPrepOp. Loved the convenience and Dr. Shakibai’s team. Dr. Shakibai was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly… his demeanor put me at ease, making matters easy to discuss. Great followup and follow through too!

Long wait time. When I got to the exam room, the dr didn't come in to check me out, it was a nurse practitioner. The dr. came in after the exam to meet me, that was as far as the interaction with the dr. I had made the appointment with went.

I thought he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took the time to make sure my ra medications etc weren't playing into my symptoms as well as made sure there were no conflicts with any Meds he did prescribe.
