Dr. Xie was attentive and professional. Being first time to the clinic and new to Chicago, she spent time to understand my past health history and provided candid advice on future options, including preventative care watch outs as well as potential diagnostic focus for the next visit. She is bilingual thus truly helpful in enabling me to have a thorough understanding of my medical and health situation

Dr Xie is very professional and knowledgeable. We had clear communication and she addressed all my questions. Everything was efficient. Highly recommend!
My nurse Latrice is also very nice. I used to faint when doing blood work. But Latrice used some techniques and I didn’t faint this time!

The medical visit can be hectic, but this facility has a full staff from front desk to medical team. My wait was last than 5 minutes and briefly guided to do the basic procedure. Dr. Xie was very caring and very communicative. She shared all the concerns and follow ups I need to do. The bloodwork was so quick and almost no pain. I really enjoyed my visit here and will continue to come back.

I felt comfortable with asking Dr Xie any of the questions I had and did not feel rushed. She took the time to answer my questions and reminded me of important boosters/vaccinations that I may not have been up-to-date on, and even read through my previous lab results to clarify some things I wasn't certain about. The office staff and nurses are patient and friendly too.
