I needed a specific type of antibiotic in shot form so I was sent to another location. She was very nice and caring. Thank you for helping me feel better.
She was great I have super anxiety and even tho I was having a melt down inside they were super sweet very nice and polite and it seems they do everything they talked to me looked at a rash and did blood work right there in the office and I got eased into things like a exam that stresses me out very very nice thank you !!!!
I love Shashi Jain Goel, MD and 24 hours later feel so much better!!!!
It was quick and smooth The only issue I had was the right to go back was wrong however she fixed it immediately after I came back to the office.
Went in for a referral to a specialist. one week later it was still not sent. staff is very unpleasant!
My appointment was at 11:30 I showed up at 11 to fill out medical history and other documents and didn't get called till 11:45 but then I got left waiting till 12:30 to be seen by the doctor... by the time I got out it was 1:30. So my entire time there took a little over 2 hours... Doctor didnt even greet me or anything she just walked in and went straight to the medical questions.
Dr. Goel is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. I feel like she really cares about my wellbeing.
A very relaxed environment. She was easy to talk to. Very nice person.
The doctor was quick and my appointment was very simple, but I just feel like the receptionists could have been more pleasant. I literally heard the older woman tell a client over the phone that she had a lot of work to do and didn't have time for all their questions. I work in the medical field and I can tell from experience that behavior such as this, can cause a loss on clientele, whether it be the person she was speaking to or anyone who overheard the conversation, like myself.
I always feel listened to when I go to this doctor. The office is warm and friendly, the doctor and office personnel interact well. I am able to get a walk-in visit when needed.
Waited about 50 mins, but i was about 15 mins late, and that's about right for a Dr's visit, then I was in and out.
It was great like seeing a old friend. Ask me a lot of questions because it was over two years since I was there last, I going back for my physical in December all is good. Very happy with the Dr . and her staff .
She listened to the problems i was having and asked questions, and gave options.
By far, one of the best doctors I have found in a very long time. She didn't make me feel rushed when I was telling her about myself, nor at any point did she make me feel like I was smaller than her because I don't have a degree. (which I'm finding is a common trait amongst many practitioners.) She seemed genuinely concerned with my problems and spent more than the typical 2- 5 minutes in the room with me. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. Doctors like her are hard to come by nowadays.
She is a wonderful and caring physician. Very good at her job. Highly recommend her.
Experience is not good. I am surprised to see its Urgent care. Second long wait time , waited more than an hour after appointment time. Doctor's office is very dirty , waiting room was smelling badly. Doctor was OK , she did not seems confident , was just saying i think so , and so. i Would not go again and wont recommend any one.
For people who have pain this is not the right one since the wait is too long. She does know her stuff.
Extremely disappointing in so many ways. I have been seeing this doctor for about 9 years. You know how things usually get better with time and practice or whatever? Unfortunately I would have to say this is not the case here. I would like to explain the details but out of fear of retaliation I believe I should remain anonymous. I'm done wasting my time with this dr office. I recommend any dr office is better then this dump!!
Didn't even see the doctor as I was still multiple people behind in line and it had been over an hour
They were overwhelmed with walk-ins and managed as well as could be expected. Also the student who took my blood did very well. Dr. Goel was excellent.
Arrived at 10am, left at 1:30pm because I walked out. Seen her in the past and I usually don't mind the wait but today was ridiculous.
Office was not for me. Very heavy religion focus. Also felt extremely judged from the moment I gave my reason for being there. The doctor was cold and didn't even care to get to know me before jumping to what felt like assumptions about me.
Dr Andrea was beyond excellent but the receptionists were rude and unwelcoming!
Went very well, very thorough listened to my concerns. Thank you
I was highly impressed with Dr Goel herself. She was relatable and very kind, and took quite a bit of time with me even though I could tell she was very busy. One staff member was a little short with me, but other than that this was a great experience and I will definitely return.
I saw the doctor for a broken wrist. After x-rays I was informed that it wasn't broken and would correct itself. A second opinion from a "qualified" doctor confirmed my suspicion that the wrist was indeed fractured in two different places. I will never see this doctor again and would not recommend her to anyone I care about.
I was so 100% satisfied with Dr. And all who worked there.I am so happy I found thus Dr.
She is wonderful. Very caring.
The physician did a wonderful job. The facility was rather busy the day of my visit, however, that in no way inhibited the quality of treatment and care I received. Dr. Goel was very thorough and forthcoming with evidence of my diagnosis. I would definitely recommend Dr. Goel and her staff.
She was extremely rude and condescending to me. I will never go back there again.
Fix your website so when you get a new patient it only offers services you can render to a new patient. The office is old and creepy looking too, maybe try an upgrade??? Also, when you set an appointment for 1pm you shouldn't call on someone after the appointment time, especially if the other person shows up after me. JUST RUDE!!
The office is busy, understaffed, but the nurses there are nice and it felt like I was being rushed out by the doctor herself. I can understand it's busy and I don't mind a short appointment in fact I prefer it, I just felt like as a new patient there should be a bit more time taken.
It was great!
Fast and professional.
I would not ever go back. I had an appointment and still had to wait almost two hours just to be seen for six minutes.
If you want to be humiliated and treated like crap come here. I have severe anxiety and have not been to the doctor in years. I finally decided to make an appt. and have my issues addressed. Instead, I was humiliated. I was put on the bed with no top (I am female) and was told I could not cover up and was forced to lay naked for no reason! Plus I had to submit to a drug test??? What seriously? My issues I was wanting to have addressed had nothing to do with getting drugs. I was needing referrals to see specialists. So none of my issues were addressed and was treated like I was a drug addict or something! I submitted to this test because I have nothing to hide. I will not be returning to this place. Very unprofessional, especially when you hear the nurses talking about other patient's problems and sleeping with married men. Very unprofessional!!!!!!
A very nice, professional and intelligent doctor who really looks out for her patients.
Dr. Goel has been my PCP for several years and one of the characteristics I like about her the most is that she will sit down with you during the exam and actually talk with you. I don't feel like a number or a chart or just another patient. Like the old days when our doctor, pharmacist and mailman knew your first name.
Poorly done. The waiting room was dirty. The rooms in the back smelt like urine. The wait was ridiculous. My apt was at 2 and didn't get seen till 4. Then waited in the room till 5 before she came in. She's very rude and in a rush to get you out.
I did not like that her office was in an Urgent Care facility. I was expecting a regular doctors office. However she was very professional and answered all my questions.
The doctor was polite but it all felt kind of rushed and the waiting room is far too small!
Very nice staff, Dr. Goel was nice and attentive. The office was a little dirty looking but smelled clean.
We waited for over an hour to be seen, My wife appointment was at 1:30 PM and mine at 2:00 PM. I had filled out all the papers on line, we arrived at 1:28 PM and were the Only People to be seen and didn't get seen until 2:55 PM Never once did they explain Why.
Her Medical Help was Not Professional or Nice. My wife and I was told we could not stand at or door across the hall from each other and talk, if we wanted to talk we needed to go to the Lobby and set down, This was after we'd already waited an hour After Our Appointment Time To Be Seen. No One There as Part Of Her Office Staff Informed us Dr. Goel was not in and wouldn't be until after 2:00 PM and our first appointment was at 1:30 Pm and we were not seen until 2:55 PM and no one told us why or For What Reason We Waited.
I have not receieved my results yet but the MA appeared as if she didnt know what she was doing. I was asked by the MA about the list of medications i had been precribed in the past she had no idea what they were for or how to spell. She was a nice person but not very bright. I did not have much time with Dr. Goel, I was a new pt. and didnt have much time to explain my medical hx with her. I was not satified. I do not think I wil return.
I give up on finding a doctor. When I tell the dictor what medications I am needing and walk away with 1 of 3, this is not satisfactory. I will be just one of the many in this country now that does not get treated by medical care provider period. Was a waste of a copay for me.
Dr. Goel sits down and spends time listening to you. I feel cared for. Not like an in-and-out visit in today's business medical climate.
She was very thorough and very nice.
i wish i would have known better than to make an appointment with her or i would not have chosen her as my primary physician.
First impression, this office is VERY dirty. Dust in the corners and all over the exam tables. It looked like the place hadn't been swept in months. The receptionist was extremely rude and short with me. She never even looked up to make eye contact with me when she was speaking. Then, due to the paper thin walls, everyone could hear her talking with my insurance company where she gave my first and last name, date of birth and insurance policy information. Everyone in the waiting room could hear her. I have worked in Healthcare facilities before and I'm pretty sure this is a HIPAA violation. I was then taken into the exam room and the doctor came in. She started asking me questions when her phone rang. It was her son. I was first upset that she took the call in the middle of my appointment, and then even more upset that she didn't even bother stepping out of the room. She just had a full conversation on the phone while sitting right in front of me. After that the appointment felt very rushed. I started telling her my symptoms and she said, "Let's just focus on the one that bothers you the most." I don't really feel like I had her full attention at all the whole time I was there. I will not be going back.
It was horrible. The staff didn't care that there we little kids screaming and playing the phones pound. One parent was spanning their little toddler. I had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen the the Dr. Who was nice came in and ruahed my appointment. I will never return. Office was dirty and smelled like trash.
Dr. Goel was the most pleasant, professional I believe I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! Her office staff was polite and friendly, and functioned well as a TEAM! The front office treated all patients with respect, politely letting some know that they might need to go to a different office, based on their insurance. There was a phone provided in the waiting room for patients to arrange to see another physician/location. The office was older but clean and neat. Dr. Goel took notes as we talked, instead of typing into a computer. She actually listened to me and asked me questions. I will be recommending her to others!
I love her personality, she very positive! During examination I had trouble relaxing to get the speculum in so she waited patiently for me to relax so she wouldn't hurt me. I highly recommend her!
I really enjoy this Dr. she is quick yet thorough very nice and personable
It felt real good to know some one cares
This was my first visit and it was terrible. I waited an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. No one even apologized or even acknowledged this time laps. On the forms it asked my status with the option of S(single), M(married), and D(Divorced) since not of these are my status I entered "Partnership". The dr asked me what that was, and I answered "domestic partnership" she replied "with a man" I said no female(I myself am female). Her expression changed to disgust. Her questioning went down the path of a homophobe. Her next question was " when did I turn gay" I responded "I did not turn gay" then she asked If I turned gay after I had my daughter. Her next question was how does my daughter feel about me being gay. The next question was "how does my family feel about me being gay" I was very put off by the questions as they had nothing to do with the nature of the visit, just her judging me. She spent more time questiong my gayness than she did on my family medical history.
I have been to this location several times, I always try to give them the benefit of doubt. But sadly i am always disippointed, the receptionist is always in a horrible mood and frankly down right rude. I called to have a refural faxed over and she basically brushed me off then hung up on me. And appointment or not the wait is always at least 45 minutes. The doctor is always cold and I always feel uncomfortable. This is the last time I will be using this doctor.
Terrible I it took 3 hours for them just to write a prescription for an anti biotic...... and the real reason I went wasn't even addressed.. and in the end I had to pay way too much... I would like to go back and get my money returned to me I shouldnt have paid in the first place........
Quick; she is a wonderful primary care physician.
Dr. Shashi does not do any treatment the first time she meets a new patient. The ladies that worked in the office were rude and seemed as though they had no idea what they were doing.
I've been here over 90 minutes and I'm still here waiting. I won't be coming back. Sketchy office as is.
Office looked old and dirty. Office staff was not professional or discrete. I heard them talking to a patient in waiting area. This is a HIPPA violation. I waited an hour and 15 minutes. When I called to ask for cross streets person answering phone sounded annoyed. In waiting area door is right next to receptionist window med tech opened door and hit my daughter and said nothing. Another issue I overheard was they were sending a patient to a lab. Patient was disabled and used ACCESS for transportation. She wanted to know if ACCESS went there. Office person pretty much told her she needed to figure that out -not very nice attitude toward disabled person. Then as I was leaving I thought doctor seemed nice I will make this my "primary" doctor. Doctor asks me to let receptionist know. I tell receptionist and she tells me I need to call my insurance. MOST offices call for you! I told her this and she seemed annoyed that made her do her JOB! The receptionist was just not professional. I didn't here please, thank you, or a "nice" tone of voice. She was kinda cold.
I usually go to her other location on thunderbird but after the visit I had today . They had no idea I even made an appointment there a week in advance, they did not have my chart they let walkins be seen befor I was. Staff is horrible talking about me out loud to other staff members. They really didn't even care that they couldn't track my appointment. Needless to say I will never go to any of her offices again.
Little mexico stop don't enter won't help for real pAin tylenol
She did nothing to help, the entire visit consisted of me filling out paperwork even though I had filled out all my patient forms online prior to the visit... Terrible experience
I am very comfortable with her as my primary care physician. I would recommend her for those seeking a new primary care physician.
She was great she listened she didnt try and rush me along like my last physician.
well she claims to be a obgyn and she is not and because I have a speech inpemdamant she litteraly had the nerve after I told her this to laugh about it and said I was lying
No need for any man between the ages of 20 to 40 should bother going here, we are not of concern to these specialists. Compared to every other place in Maricopa county they are typical.
I did not know it was an urgent care clinic also. The waiting time seemed long even though there was me and one other person in the waiting area only. That's probably due to one doctor for the whole facility.
Searching for a new PCP is not done everyday and I have an interesting history. Dr. Goel was professional and helpful with my unique questions and issues. The staff was nice and non-reactive (that is a good thing)! My paperwork was conveniently completed on the web site to save time. I would recommend her if you are looking for a physician.
Hated the fact that I needed to wait over 1 hour to speak with her. I was the only one in the waiting room. Other than that it was great. But do recommend for the other medical assistants to knock on the door before opening it, as in the case I was just finishing changing back to my clothes.
Did not care if in pain. Don't waste time or money.
She's so sweet and such a great doctor I love going to see Dr Goel!!
Everyone is very attentive, professional and friendly. You feel welcome from the moment you step inside. Would recommend.
she is an awesome doctor! she helped me very well and explained t me what it is that I have for the reason of my visit today!! thank you very much!!
Professional staff and doctor, great experience.
She s in w
Doctor was very thorough and took time to ask me questions related to my injury. Overall great doctor.
I made an appointment and still had to wait quite a bit. I felt like the doctor rushed me out of there because there were many walk-ins. She wanted to gibe me a perscription and left the room to make it out and then just passed it to the nurse to give to me. I had many other questions that I could not get answered because she had already moved on to the next person. I would not recommend.
everything was done in the office so it's convenient and the staff is very nice!
I liked her, she was great!
Dr Goel is not a very nice doctor. She doesn't listen very well and the office is pretty gross feeling. Her bedside manner was terrible and no one at this office knocked before coming into the exam room. I will never go back here.
She was excellent. She listened to me very carefully. Treated me in a courtse manner, very friendly, I liked her very much. I have found a doctor that I like. She was professional , also put me at ease with her knowledge. I am a ex nurse and very picky about doctors. She gets 10 stars from me.
The front desk lady was awful and extremely rude. The Doctor seamed to be lost not sure of herself.
Very down to earth. I went to the clinic for a medical issue that had been misdiagnosed and dismissed by an urgent care and an ER. Dr Goel recognized it right away, gave me instructions and told me what to expect. She explained why she was prescribing a particular med for it. Made a follow up appointment, which is exactly what I needed. The clinic is not beautiful but it is clean and has the necessary equipment to do the job.
I did not have a good experience. Would not focus on the problems I had, but rather she wanted to talk about unrelated issues. Waste of time and money.
Dr Goel is a sweet heart and a very good doc I had a great visit.
She was extremely cold, did not care at all, brushed me off very quickly, did not listen.
I went in with an issue that was fairly sensitive and would have liked a bit more counseling. I felt as though I was a bit rushed like I was in an urgent care facility although I had made an appointment, I did not realize that the location was primarily an urgent care facility which would explain the bedside manner. However, Dr. Goel was very nice and personable. She relaxed my mind although I would have liked further tests to be ordered to put my mind further at ease, she seemed reluctant to do so however due to my age. I would give her a 9 out of 10, pretty good.
Always very nice, spends time listening and making suggestions, as well as ensures a thorough workup for problems you may be having.
Awesome! I didn't get rush out of her office. She sat down and we talked about the problem. She was very nice lady.
Dr. Goel was professional, thorough, and amicable during my appointment. The only problem I had was that the exam areas looked a little run down.
Will not recommend Dr. Goel. I went to visit her because I was under the impression that she was a qualified dermatologist. After waiting for over an hour to be seen, she gave me prescriptions that weren't covered under my insurance. Mind you my appointment was on 12/26, it's now 1/29 and this issue is yet to be resolved. I'm now making my 3rd attempt to get a prescription that is covered under my insurance. I will never recommend Dr. Goel to anyone. Thank God, the medication I'm asking for isn't for something life threatening. The staff never called back when they say they will, medical office looks run down. Unprofessional to say the least. I expected better.
I had a great visit. Dr. Goel was professional, understanding, and seemed very interested in helping me get well. I highly recommend her.
i enjoyed my visit to the doctor's office.a doctor that finally listened to me.along with a great staff.
she told me a lot as I never understand a dr sometimes but she did explain things to me
Dr. And staff were a pleasure to visit I am glad to say I found my primary doctor.
Good listener, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, all the things you want in a doctor.
