I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington and completed my postgraduate PMHNP certification at Northeastern University. I believe mental health is shaped by brain chemistry, genetics, trauma, grief plus your environment. My background in primary care and psychiatry allows me to treat the whole person. MEDICATION PRESCRIBING: Thriveworks providers do not prescribe opioid use disorder medications, weight-loss medications, injectable psychiatric medications, long-term benzodiazepines, or sleep medications, though these may be prescribed short-term for existing clients when clinically appropriate. Controlled substances, including ADHD stimulants, are available only in select states.
