My typical process begins with building a comfortable, trusting relationship where clients feel heard and supported. During our first session, I take time to understand each person’s background, current concerns, and goals for treatment. From there, we work collaboratively to create a personalized plan that may include therapy, medication management, or lifestyle recommendations depending on individual needs. I emphasize education, open communication, and shared decision-making so clients feel empowered and informed throughout their care. Follow-up appointments are used to monitor progress, adjust treatment as needed, and ensure clients are moving toward lasting improvement and overall well-being.
