What should a new client know about working with you?

New clients should know that I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where honesty and collaboration are key. My goal is to help you feel comfortable discussing what’s going on in your life so we can work together toward real, lasting change. I take a balanced and practical approach to care—combining evidence-based treatment with genuine empathy and clear communication. You can expect me to listen closely, explain things clearly, and involve you in every decision about your care. Progress takes teamwork, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process begins with building a comfortable, trusting relationship where clients feel heard and supported. During our first session, I take time to understand each person’s background, current concerns, and goals for treatment. From there, we work collaboratively to create a personalized plan that may include therapy, medication management, or lifestyle recommendations depending on individual needs. I emphasize education, open communication, and shared decision-making so clients feel empowered and informed throughout their care. Follow-up appointments are used to monitor progress, adjust treatment as needed, and ensure clients are moving toward lasting improvement and overall well-being.
