“What a wonderful and refreshing experience. Shawn was a very kind, safe, and gentle presence who made sure to make me feel safe and heard at a pretty overwhelming time. He proceeded to listen carefully to my needs and helped curate a plan we both agreed on for moving forward. I appreciated his compassion and overall ability to listen and take into account all I was saying in such a short time. He also was very reassuring about treatment and follow up. This was by far the best psychiatric appointment I have had. A wonderful practitioner. Glad he is in the mental health field. Highly recommend!! ”

“My appointment with Dr. Dugan went very well. He’s nice, a good communicator, and professional. Also is accommodating; I was 5 minutes late to our meeting, it was no problem at all. I just moved to Arizona, this is the first PCP I spoke with in town. I got the medications I desperately needed the same day right after my appointment, there’s no need to look elsewhere. In all candor I’d highly recommend Dr Dugan. ”
