She utilizes her training in behavioral activation, DBT, ACT, and client-centered therapies to meet clients where they are. Her approach to clinical care focuses on building strategies to feel regulated and grounded in their real lives, as well as understanding their own neurodiversity and advocating for what they need to thrive. In doing so, assessment and therapy sessions may focus on education, coping strategies, expanding communication and self-advocacy skills, self-care, and focusing on what builds their motivation and joy for long-term wellness.
