The staff and nurse were friendly, but Dr. Palmer did not listen nor give me more than 5 minutes of her time. I spent more time alone in the room, including when she left in the middle (left the door open, and I heard her taking about her next appointment about to start; I'm trying to sympathize that she's probably just over worked and busy, which means no time to care)... I arrived early for my appointment, completed the paperwork online, and was so hoping that I would be helped. Dr. Palmer basically told me that I needed to see my primary (same office, unavailable for two months) and then proceeded to tell me my illness that brought me in wasn't what she expected (guessed?) it would be, so all looked "perfectly normal"? So nothing got solved, I'm still in pain, I feel utterly ignored, and eventually my insurance will tell me to pay for this nothing. I left the office and cried in my car.

Dr Palmer seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. I expressed health concerns that have led to ER trips in past week and Dr Palmer made no recommendations. This is 2nd such appointment in past 2.5 weeks post open heart surgery. The appointment was a total waste of time. Will be looking for a new provider.
