“I had a great experience at Dr. Patel’s office. The space is clean and well-organized, everything was provided right on time, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
I came in to check my heart after experiencing some pain during strength exercises. Dr. Patel explained that it could be caused by intense physical activity and advised me to slow down. They performed blood tests and checked my heart rate, and everything came back normal with no issues. I’m very relieved and happy that I can continue going to the gym and staying active. Highly recommend!”

Great staff. The nurses were amazing and friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this practice to ANYONE on Medicaid thinking that care is subpar. This practice goes above and beyond making it feel like you have private insurance instead of making you feel like you’re on government aid. Hardly any wait times, registration forms to fill online, appointment reminders and I can’t say it enough….excellent staff. From the front desk to the patient table, this practice is a wonderful place to go!!

I drove from Palatine as I stated to the person at the front desk, he was on a phone talking to heaver.Telling me to fill out some information about me.. it did not get off the phone. Tell me, are they close down at ten o'clock and he'll be back at three. I stated okay.Should I stay?Side yes. Ask me for my insurance card.Stayed on the phone for about two minutes and then came back.And said, we don't accept your insurance.
