What is your typical process for working with clients?

At PotterMind Psychiatry, we provide a streamlined, patient-centered experience designed to make your care simple and comfortable. Before your appointment, you’ll complete intake and consent forms to help us understand your medical history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Your initial psychiatric evaluation typically lasts 60–90 minutes and includes a comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and personalized treatment planning. We offer medication management and, when appropriate, referrals for psychotherapy and TMS. For patients seeking an ADHD evaluation, standardized testing is completed during a separate 30-minute appointment before reviewing the results with your provider. Throughout your care, we prioritize open communication, collaboration, and compassionate support. Our goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and confident in your treatment journey.
