I made an appointment on here and I drove 30 minutes and my provider wasn’t even there. They moved me with someone else for an appointment 30 minutes later but I waited over an hour.

Staff was fantastic . The doctor was loud about patient prior to me . She told me she was accepting clients for the reason I was there . I'm deaf in one ear I clearly Hurd about her previous appointment omw on how we went to the same practice she took him on as a patient and not me by the time I walk out I new the medication he was on so maybe I'm grateful for not being a patient someone with a different voice said I was to clean cut idk what that meant . Also new the client before me was trying to play games maybe she liked the headache cause she denied me but accepted him or maybe because his appointment was before mine she would only take one new patient I was greatful tho i don't want other patients knowing my regiment .

I loved that there was open availability. i booked my appointment online , was called for the confirmation in no time and was seen the next day. I was taken in literally as soon as i walked in the door i didn’t even have time to sit and fill out paperwork first.
Ms. Turner was attentive and thorough for my medical clearance and was fully equipped with everything needed to complete all documents needed. I’ve already referred my friend to go and book an appointment. I left and already have booked my follow up. She has deff become my new primary. The office was super clean and the teamwork there is amazing. As a nurse myself i felt completely comfortable and happy with the outcome.

Not very welcoming and had her back to me the entire time she was collecting my health history. I felt judged and perceived some of her responses to be condescending. Perhaps she was having an off day but I won’t be sticking around to find out :/
