The Office was light clean and inviting. The Staff was friendly and professional. And of course, Sherry James NP, was very welcoming, pleasant, and professional. My first visit with Her was as if I was speaking to a good friend. Meaning, while She rested in maintaining Her professional state.
NP James demeanor was so calmly assuring to me as the patient. Also, I have to acknowledge as well, Her disposition. It is something you just don't come across often in these professions. Her professional "Bedside Manner" made Me feel not only heard but understood as an individual patient, not just "A Patient".
May I add that She was highly informative and assuring of what my new health plan was. She created & put into action to place Me on the path of where I need to head.

Sherry was incredible. I have had a fear of going to the doctor because of bad experiences in the past, but she was so warm and compassionate. She genuinely listened to my issues, showed concern, and then immediately came up with a treatment plan and gave me a list of things to monitor. The office also had a in-house lab, so i was able to get bloodwork done the same day.

Not all superheroes wear capes and this doctors appointment was the testament just talking for the time that we were in the room together. I left the room with less anxiety, more reassurance, and a confidence that I haven’t had in a very long time since I was diagnosed with epilepsy. I will be back for my annual because the experience was once in a lifetime.

Both ladies at the front office were very nice and did make an attempt to pull up my insurance through there database. The nurse that took my vitals was very professional and still got me to laugh. Sherry is really well versed in her practice. Very professional and kind.
