Came in for some congestion issues I had going on for about a week. She even took care of my prep medication needed. She’s phenomenal. The team took great care of me. She was very helpful and heard my concerns. Felt very comfortable with her. Definitely will be returning. No wait time was amazing! I will be returning for some aesthetics concerns I want her to address. Thankfully found a new primary. Hard to find a great place to walk in and out.

This provider was a weird experience for me. The first time I met her, she didn’t smile at all and seemed very cold. Initially, I appreciated this because I think, as women, we are often told we need to smile more, regardless of how we feel. I thought she was being true to how she felt in that moment and I admired it.
Second appointment, the same energy. She then asked me (during my second appt), “Have I seen you before?” I thought this was weird, as I had just seen her and she had her laptop on her and could literally just check.
The second appt, no smiling, cold, distant. It almost seemed like she didn’t like me, despite the staff telling me she is easy to talk to. After the 2nd appt, I told the staff I would like a new pcp. Told them she did nothing wrong and it’s just my preference. I needed a mammogram (this pcp referred me to a provider). The imaging office called her (after I asked for a switch) for info and she told them she had never seen me before. Weird vibes ~

The office told me to cancel my appointment and I want able to because they told me to cancel DURING my appointment time.
