The provider was nice, clearly communicated and was a great listener. The issues I experienced during my visit weren’t her fault— for example the office is very old and run down looking, and the person who drew my blood didn’t know what she was doing and had to stick me multiple times. At one point she said “oh shoot” which worried me, then she said your vein flipped and moved to another spot which I’ve never heard anybody say to me before. She also left a scar on my second arm that she had to draw blood from after she messed up on the first arm. She just kept saying they were out of the needles they normally used so she had trouble with the needles she was left to use which made me uncomfortable and the experience was not pleasant at all.
