I got to the office and they told me I was not in the system, they did not know I was coming today because there is someone in charge of the Zocdoc appointments, but was not present when I came by the office (who should have contacted me prior the appointment, but did not), so I was not seen by the doctor. They mentioned that the schedule on zocdoc is not synchronized with their schedule so I wonder why they even have a zocdoc scheduling site if it doesn’t work.

When I arrived, the staff wasn't expecting my visit. I was told their system hasn't been linking with ZocDoc. They were still willing to take me in for an appointment with a little bit of a wait. In addition, their computer and phone systems were down due to an international IT issue. They couldn't reschedule me until the following Tuesday. I needed this appointment for a pre-operation in a couple of weeks. With this said, I opted to cancel the appointment at the office. No visit was made.

Dr. Goel wasn’t very pleasant, standoff and seemed as if he didn’t want to see me. I was late to my appointment 22 minutes standard grace time is 15 minutes. The front desk spoke to him and he decided to see me. I wish he would’ve just said no because he wasn’t kind at all. I apologized for being late and thanked him for seeing me before he left. Instead of just accepting the apology he reprimanded and said “just don’t let it happen again.” It won’t happen again because after I get my results and documentation I will be seeing someone else.
