Dr. Siera Kirkland is an adult general psychiatrist. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She has been practicing for 8 years.

Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

Her office sent me several reminders of my appt date, the day of my appt the link for the video call was never sent. The office said I had no appt and got nasty with me and said I should have made my appt through their office not zocdoc. I have never had such a experience

My appointment got cancelled last minute. No one told me. I had to call and find out my appointment was cancelled. The lane rain that was said want given time to fix before the appointment so I was going to do it during. I got cancelled anyway. No one told me anything, whether I could do that with my insurance or not. Thought I could after no communication telling me otherwise. Do better.
