“From being helped with step by step directions when lost on my way to smiles as I walked in. I was seen right on time, earlier if you count vitals. They assisted with my medical files and listened to my concerns including concerns I had from feeling like I was dismissed by another. Being heard and getting answers is a huge blessing. ”

I got a skin, Cassia screening, and a consultation for an ongoing skin issue. After five years of seeing other doctors, I finally got a diagnosis. That makes sense and a treatment. I’m definitely sticking with Dr. Cadmus

Austin traffic, location is not very visible. went from being early to 6 min behind. My appointment was canceled for it “being a busy day, over 10min grace period.” It was not. Do not run a second late!
Dr. Simi, was very nice. She answered all my questions and she didn't make me feel rushed. She even wrote everything down for me so I could remember everything. I will definitely keep her as my dermatologist. She's also a woman of color so she understands my personal skin issues.

Great experience!

The Dr. was polite but the appointment felt rushed. I spent more time trying to locate the office than the actual consultation. I do not feel like she addressed my concerns thoroughly. I do feel as though I wish I had advocated for myself better. I did not feel comfortable enough to continuing to ask questions.
Felt get impersonal. She walked in and told me a few things she wanted to do. Didn’t ask me anything questions until I did about the products I was using etc. she then repeated herself about how we have to try new things and it’s whatever I can tolerate and then threw a bunch of options to me. Felt very frustrated and not like she was prescribing something specifically to me but something she does routinely. Didn’t feel comfortable at all and left more confused
