About Sloan Horejsi

Sloan Horejsi is a board-certified Physician Assistant who entered the field of dermatology out of a deep passion for skin health and preventative care. Originally from Michigan, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Elon University in North Carolina. She then completed a dermatology fellowship with DOCS Dermatology Group, where she received comprehensive training in diagnosing and managing a wide range of dermatologic conditions under expert mentorship. Sloan is known for her approachable, patient-centered care and treats patients of all ages for general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic concerns. She prioritizes comfort, trust, and education, aiming to make each patient feel genuinely cared for—both inside and out. Sloan sees patients at Midwest Dermatology in the Clinton Township and Farmington Hills offices, treating a variety of skin conditions including acne, eczema, rosacea, warts, and skin cancer. She also performs full-body skin exams, mole removals, and PRP hair restoration. In addition to medical dermatology, she offers cosmetic services such as injectable treatments, including Botox, to address lines and wrinkles. Outside the office, Sloan values balance—starting her mornings with coffee (a non-negotiable) and staying active through Pilates, yoga, and strength training. She enjoys discovering new restaurants, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with her favorite people—friends, family, and anyone who shares her love for dessert.
