Dr. Smitha Mantha, DPM is amazing! I came in for a callus I've had for about 4 months that was affecting my gait and exercises. Before seeing Dr. Smitha Mantha, DPM, I visited an urgent care facility and they could not help me. Dr. Smitha Mantha, DPM on the other hand, was exceptional.
During my exam she explained the anatomy of my foot and why certain areas were strained, shaved off the callus painlessly, demonstrated stretches to improve my condition, and recommended shoe inserts. I appreciated her holistic approach. It was clear to me how competent she is in her field, and tech savvy through the use of her tools and knowledge gathering of insurance coverage that she reviewed with me. It is rare to find a doctor who is as self-sufficient. She is quick yet does not make you feel rushed through your appointment in the slightest. Dr. Smitha Mantha, DPM is really thorough and I recommend her if you're in Houston.

It is difficult to find a doctor who will take the time to listen to you and make sure that you understand what they are telling you. Dr. Mantha is one of those rare finds! Very friendly and overall just enjoyable to speak with.

I visited Dr. Mantha because my right, third toenail was discolored and looked like it had fungus. She was very welcoming and explained everything that she would do to my toe step by step. She gave me two options, her opinion on what I should do, and explained what would happen for either option. I never felt pushed or forced to make a decision. After explaining things to me, she would ask me questions to make sure I understood. Overall, I had a great experience. I felt comfortable and well taken care of.

Talk about being treated like a patient that matters.. Dr. Mantha takes her time, goes in depth with explanation and makes sure you don't leave without first having a course of action or treatment if you are in need. If you feel like you have been bounced around doctor to doctor, come here. This is where that cycle will end.

Dr. Martha is very kind and sweet. She was very knowledgeable and the nurses were very pleasant. My appointment got lost on the ZocDoc app so it was never booked but the nurse still made a way for me to see the doctor in less than 30 minutes.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was step-by-step given information of what was wrong, how it got that way, and how to fix it all in one visit! I was so surprised to have had such a great outcome. I wouldn't recommend any other doctor but this one! So very grateful for all their help!
