My name is Smriti Thebe. I am a dual-certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, holding a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from West Coast University. I prefer a holistic approach to caring for patients of all ages with anxiety and depressive disorders, Bipolar and Schizophrenia disorders, and ADHD diagnoses.

My first session with you
To ensure a productive first visit, please complete your intake form in advance. During our initial appointment, we will conduct a comprehensive mental health assessment and evaluation. Expect many questions, especially about your medical and mental health history. Collaborating to determine an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan is essential for your mental health and may require multiple appointments. Controlled medications may be prescribed on a limited basis and rarely during the first session. Requests for paperwork such as FMLA will only be considered after several treatment sessions and as clinically indicated. Once your evaluation is complete, we will discuss a treatment plan tailored to your needs to help you start feeling better as soon as possible.
