My typical process begins with a comprehensive evaluation, where I take time to understand your concerns, symptoms, medical history, and personal goals. I believe listening carefully is essential to good care. From there, we work together to develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle recommendations, and coordination with other providers when appropriate. Throughout treatment, I closely monitor progress, make thoughtful adjustments as needed, and encourage open communication so you always feel informed, supported, and involved in your care.
