As a Registered Dietitian and Fitness Coach, Sofia enjoys motivating her clients and sharing her passion for nutrition and fitness. She has a Master?s degree in Nutritional Science and a Bachelor?s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science. Her "anti-diet" nutrition beliefs stem from her research on disordered eating behaviors in collegiate athletes and experience working in the nutrition and fitness space, primarily with clients that want to lose weight. Sofia is a certified nutrition support specialist (CNSC) and specializes in medical nutrition therapy, weight management, meal and fitness planning, blood sugar balancing nutrition and sports nutrition.
