Somi Oh,O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Optometry, graduating with high honors. She has been practicing optometry in the Bay Area since 1983 and has helped establish five successful practices. She provides comprehensive care in all areas of optometry, including the diagnosis and treatment of vision and eye health conditions. Her specialties include corrective vision, scleral lenses, keratoconus, hard-to-fit lenses, myopia control, and Orthokeratology. A leader in non-surgical myopia control, Dr. Oh is a Fellow and Board Member of the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control (AAOMC). In 1993, she introduced Orthokeratology, known as DreamLens, to Seoul, Korea. She has also taught internationally and published numerous papers on corrective vision therapy for children. Dr. Oh is dedicated to providing exceptional family eye care with a focus on achieving clear vision and maintaining long-term eye health.
