They coordinated for my appointment time for everything and the doctor was nice as always. Didn’t feel like rushed at all. I recommend this doctor!
Great doctor! Very understanding and great listener. Makes you feel extremely comfortable and gives you the best advices or recommendations based on your situation. She knows her stuff. I’m feeling hopeful. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.
They recently changed their computer system and, in the process, had lost records of appointments made, so they did not have mine in the system. Luckily, a scheduled individual didn’t show up, so they were able to slot me 9pm after a 45-minute wait. Having said that, the doctor herself was incredibly good. She listened, was very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly.

The Dr. was very professional and nice.

I arrived 1 minute after the 15 minute grace period and the employee working the front desk said i needed to reschedule. I had spent 5 minutes searching for their office since they don't list it on google or any where. Some empathy would do this office good, so rude to a new patient and we all know the commute can be unpredictable In NYC, it's unbelievable. Will never return.

The doctor was very friendly and thorough. She listened and answered my questions. She gave me a plan A and then a plan B if the first plan didn't work.

The doctor was very respectful and helpful she’s a nice woman. Whoever the man with the glasses was standing by the front desk should watch his mouth and not question people’s intelligence! On the zocdoc app it said that this doctor was in network but unfortunately when i got to the office she wasn’t but thats fine because I care about my health enough to be billed! That man made a comment saying “we shouldn’t have to call patients to tell them their insurance isn’t covered they need read the fine print , why doesn’t anyone read the fine print”. What fine print exactly?? I was taken aback , why gossip about patients right in front of them??
Lovely doctor! Very thorough and addressed all my questions and concerns and talked about next steps - definitely would recommend

Loved the pre registering online before my appointment it made it so easy to be seen quickly without needing to fill out paperwork once i arrived. Friendly staff and doctor definitely recommend.

The doctor was a great listener, very positive and supportive She has read my medical chart and history and was prepared to have a very targeted conversation. She gave me a detailed plan and I was grateful to finally feel like I knew what my next steps were.

I went to Dr. Sonia to discuss fat loss with PCOS. Keep in mind, my muscle % is higher than my body fat %. I explained I’ve been diagnosed for 5 yrs, I know the factors of PCOS and what mine are. She proceeded to talk down to me and explain the factors of PCOS. I told her that I DO NOT want to take injectables, but rather than listening/respecting that, she continued to try to push Wegovy on me. She showed me a sample, how to use it, the “convenience” of it, & how my insurance might cover it. I reiterated that I am NOT INTERESTED in injectables, and she responded to that with wanting to regroup after they analyzed my blood in case there are other factors like a thyroid issue or prediabetic. I told her I have no other issues, because I’ve been getting my blood tested for the 5 years I’ve known about my PCOS. Results came in and I’m incredibly healthy (not prediabetic, etc). After they read me my results, the nurse immediately asked me if I wanted to reconsider wegovy. Extremely awful.
She was very attentive and really listened to my concerns. She was able to address all of my questions and the staff was very friendly/helpful.

This review is not for the doctor. The poor review is because I booked on zoc doc and the office had no knowledge of my appointment. Luckily, I didn’t take off of work that day or I would have missed a full day pay for the appt without seeing a doc
