Every healer’s journey begins with an early signal—an experience that shapes purpose long before credentials are earned. Mine began in childhood, watching Eastern Medicine bring real relief to my mother when conventional options fell short. At a pivotal crossroads between medical school and acupuncture school, my direction became clear. While my father underwent radiation and chemotherapy for cancer, pain and severe nausea dominated his days—until acupuncture provided meaningful relief. That moment defined my mission: restore balance, reduce suffering, and support the body’s innate capacity to heal. I pursued rigorous training, earning B.S. and M.S. degrees in Human Biology from SUNY Oneonta and a B.S./M.S. in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the New York College of Health Professions. An internship in China deepened my clinical mastery of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In October 2017, I joined Integrative Neurology, Sleep & Acupuncture, integrating scientific discipline with hands-on care. Over nine years of practice, I have developed a diagnostic-driven, results-focused approach. I treat adults and children across a wide range of conditions, including pain management, autoimmune disorders, fertility, postpartum and lactation support, insomnia, respiratory and gastrointestinal conditions, metabolic health, stress and anxiety, and cosmetic facial rejuvenation. Each plan is individualized and designed for sustainable outcomes. Today, my work is defined by precision, compassion, and long-term impact. I live in Connecticut with my husband and two sons and am fluent in Italian and conversational in Spanish. This is more than a career—it is a disciplined commitment to healing.
