“I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sonia. For years I heard nothing but great things about her, but my schedule never aligned with hers. When friends told me she was working in Chicago, and suggested I go see her for my joint pain and other injuries, I was a little skeptical but decided to go and see what the hype was all about.
We agreed to focus on the injuries I obtained in a car accident- My neck mobility improved significantly after a couple visits and my neck pain was completely gone. We did not have the same luck with my back, and she suggested I see a specialist since the issue might’ve been neurological. My respect for her was amplified by her transparency. She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but she’s also compassionate and takes the time to listen and provides individualized care for her patients. I truly don’t think I could have gotten through this last year without her high level of care. ”

“I was recommended to see Dr. Tamras and honestly didn’t know what to expect. I came in with my shoulder pinching and causing me a lot of pain. She worked on it with dry needling and cupping, and after a couple of hours I noticed a big difference after just one session. My pain went from 7/10 to 3/10 and is continuously doing better. I highly recommend her. She’s knowledgeable, understanding, and truly listens to all your needs.”

I highly recommend Dr. Sonia at Synergy Spine & Performance Clinic. She has helped me on multiple occasions, and I’m very grateful for her expertise and care.
Most recently, I had severe left wrist pain radiating into my thumb that made it difficult to use my hand. Dr. Sonia treated it with a combination of soft tissue scraping, dry needling, and gentle chiropractic adjustments, and within a few days I was able to use my hand again. She has also successfully treated my low back pain in the past with excellent results.
Her adjustments are always gentle, effective, and tailored to the issue. She takes the time to listen, assess thoroughly, and choose the best treatment approach. Dr. Sonia is knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate, and I always leave feeling better. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
