What should a new client know about working with you?

Please note that were are NOT able to serve clients that are in the following situations: - If you are or have been accused of being a perpetrator of abuse and/or violence of any kind and are actively involved in the criminal system due to these charges - If this applies to you, please cancel your appointment immediately

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients typically have one intake session in which an initial assessment is performed and medication is possibly prescribed, depending on the client's needs and the prescriber's assessment conclusions. Clients are then required to have follow-up sessions every certain amount of weeks for continuity of care and to be able to get prescription refills. PLEASE NOTE: After you schedule a session, you will be getting a confirmation call from our Client Care Coordinator. Sessions that are not confirmed on the phone will need to be canceled or rescheduled.

For insurance clients: We bill your session until it has been processed by your insurance and charge the copay determined by your benefits. Payment may be collected between 1-3 weeks after each session, depending on your claim. Self-Pay clients: Payment is collected on the day or a day after your session. All payment is charged to a card that we must have on file for you.
