I don't even think it was the same doctor. They scheduled me for further tests but followed up 2 weeks later and never confirmed the appointments. Never going back to this office.

The appointment was short and curt. I had a referral for a test at a hospital which the office was suppose to let me know. I followed up and they said they'll call back. I ended up getting a phone call from the hospital (not the office that scheduled) a day before the appointment to confirm. Office called to confirm another appiontment that I didn't even know was schedule a hour on the day of the appoinment. The person on the phone and their supervisor will not acknowledge their lack of communication and respect of other people's time. They schedule the appointment without your knowledge and expects you to drop everything to make it there.

I have been to many cardiologists through out my life. Dr. Park finally listened to me and trusted me. I have had heart problems since a child and other cardiologists treated me like just another adult with hypertension. Never again! For my first visit there I scheduled an appointment and when I got there they never had me in the system, they had no other choice but to take me, waited for almost 2 hours before seeing the doctor, the doc wanted to run more test at holy name hospital, she directed me back to front desk where they will set up another appointment for testing. They gave me a 7am appointment , I told them i didn't have a car to get there, they told me they would provide transportation, I just had to meet up at the office, I then asked them what time I should be at the office, they said they will call me the day before. When that day came, no phone calls, I then called them to let them know I haven't received a phone call. They said that they will call me but they never did. So when I call back , like 10 minutes before closing time, they told me to be there at 9am when my appointment was for 7am. So I got to the hospital around 11am cause the driver also had to pick up other patients., in which I asked myself, why was I the only one that to meet up at the office when I could've been picked up at my house. Anyway, After my testing at the hospital i set up a follow up appointment to discuss my results, got my appointment but had to cancel , so I call to reschedule, they gave me an appointment for 230 but when I got to the office they told me that It was for 1130 , which it was not true., and that the doc had left for the day! I just walked out!?? This staff is so disorganized! No appreciation for the patient at all! For our time and money. I get home that same day to find the hospital bill higher then what the lady at the hospital had told me . And I still haven't gotten my results!!! Never again!!!!! I never ever had any problems setting up appointments through zoc doc until I got to this office! ??
The doctor was satisfactory, average at best. I would recommend going to her for the most basic treatment. Anything above that, definitely visit someone else. The worst was her staff. She recommended a series of tests for me that had to be scheduled at another time and in another facility and had to be booked by her office. After a series of phone calls and conversations about my availability, without getting into too many details, I was booked on the wrong date and then rebooked without my knowledge. I ended up canceling my future appointments and tests and found another cardiologist that I am much happier with. On top of all, there was a billing error that took me weeks to fix due to incompetence of the billing staff involved. Definitely not the kind of stress someone needs when they have a heart condition!
