I was hoping that Dr. Chrisomalis would become my primary doctor and help me on my journey to better health. The visit was okay, but the follow-up on my test results and prescription is why this visit is getting a low rating. My appointment was on the 27th and got my test result on the 28th. It is now March 20th and I have not heard back from Dr. Chrisomalis or her team. I have called more than four times, have left several messages and still nothing. Not sure what going on with Dr.Chrisomalis and her team but they need to do better. Now I have to reach out to another doctor to pickup where Dr.Chrisomalis clear didn't care to continue. This is really disappointing.

Does not have any empathy for patient.
Based on a murmur she heard in my chest area referred me for a CT-scan (which I'm still paying for after a year). Did not even follow up to share the result with me and when I tried to get a hold of her I learned that she was on a leave and could not be reached.

I hate going to the doctor, but Dr. Chrisomalis was kind and thorough. Results were delivered promptly and with explanation and recommendations. I left with real, concrete changes I can make to improve my overall health.

My appointment with Dr. Chrisomalis was disarmingly short, given that i was a new patient doing her first annual. She didn't reference anything I filled out in my survey, the appointment was very perfunctory, and when I got lab results, she didn't even bother to call me with some takeaways and the office required that I make a follow-up appointment to get even some basic synthesis from the results. then when I was having a few minutes of tech issues with the virtual appointment, she cancelled the appointment, wrote me a brief msg (which could have spared me the follow up appointment in the first place, immediately turned on an OOO. Not a good experience and won't be going back.
