I had a wonderful experience in this office. Dr. Silvermintz and her staff were so lovely. Dr. Silvermintz ensured I was at ease before beginning testing and explained the results very thoroughly afterwards. At the end, I walked away with a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie made by the receptionist...an unexpectedly nice touch that spoke to the office environment. Overall this appointment was a great way to start my day and I walked away feeling more educated and empowered about my health.

This provider was amazing. Sophie listened to my reason for visit, concerns and medical history. During my visit she validated my feelings and concern. Every test instruction was made clear and spoke kindly throughout the whole visit. She referred me out for additional care as needed for my care plan. Sophie also explained in detail after care visit summary plan and prescription device needed for the betterment of my ear health. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone who has concerns about their ear health and looking for a well mannered provider who demonstrates empathy, compassion, and humility while providing great service to patients.
