About Dr. Soren Gandhi
Dr. Soren Gandhi is excited to be practicing on Long Island in his hometown of Syosset. He enjoys serving his community and helping guide people to live their healthiest lives. His areas of clinical expertise include colon cancer screening, acid reflux, constipation, and hemorrhoid management. He is personable, patient, and takes great pride in working hard to provide compassionate care. His years of work in Texas and New York have provided exposure to a very large volume of cases and a vast array of diseases.
Dr. Gandhi earned his Doctor of Medicine from Albany Medical College. He completed his internship at Montefiore Medical Center and his fellowship at the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. He enjoys practicing as well as teaching general gastroenterology with an emphasis on nutrition and disease prevention.

He didnt seem to invloved and seemed distracted during my visit. Also we waited 20 min in the exam room and he said he didnt even go over my chart. Why did we wait 20 min then? What was he doing?

Dr. G was a Godsend! He listened to me, asked the right questions, examined me with care and sensitivity, and recommended me for treatment with another professional AND scheduled the appointment with them for me for the very next morning! I couldn’t be more happy with my experience. Additionally, the front desk receptionists were very friendly and knowledgeable, putting me at ease. There was NO wait between paying my copay and going to the exam room. LOVED how I felt they really cared about making me feel comfortable.
