“I highly recommend this doctor. He listens, and makes sure any concerns are taken care of, and makes sure that you understand everything before leaving the office. He does talk fast, but I didn’t have any issues with that. Getting into the office itself was no issue, I actually got in earlier that I was scheduled, however I did arrive quite early. He doesn’t seem to just give up and just guess, he cares in order to make sure they can do everything they possibly can do. The other staff I had seen as well was very nice, and also very good with listening to everything. They were also bilingual which helped out a lot as well. Overall I would highly recommend this doctor, he does a very great job at what he does.”

I did not get to see the doctor but rather the nurse practitioner. I asked SEVERAL times prior to my appointment would I be seeing the doctor and was told yes each time only to have the nurse walk in.

I saw Carol and asked to at least meet Dr, Pothamsetty. Carol was very thorough taking a full history and showed concern for my problems. I met the Doctor who was very personable and a good listener. When I was to schedule my test they were going to schedule me with another doctor which was not acceptable to me so I asked to only be scheduled with Dr. Pothmasetty. My request was granted but I had to wait a bit longer as he is very booked up.

Waiting about 30 minutes before I was seen by the nurse, then 10 minutes before seeing the nurse practitioner. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to, and answered all my questions from health to even billing questions. I got exactly what I wanted and expected from this visit despite the wait time.

It was a very pleasant experience at Millenia Surgery Center. Nurse Carol set my anxiety to rest, and so did the anesthesiologist. Of course, Dr. Pothamsetty himself, always calm, smiling and reassuring, took care of everything in a very professional manner. Would recommend this practice highly.

I was greeted with politeness and professionalism and it only got better.. Best bunch of girls I’ve ever met.. professional, polite, respectful, joking in a manner that was relaxing to me. Girls who are bilingual, intelligent knowledgeable. I wish I knew all their names but I only asked Eva which is the best person I have ever met. In or out of the office. I had my colonoscopy and upper endoscopy done by Dr. Pothamsetty. The scheduling process was easy, and the office visit was also very smooth. The staff at the office were very helpful. I had concerns about the bowel prep, because I don’t like taking laxatives. Especially a gallon. However it turns out they have newer preps that are small volume, and I was given one of these. The procedure itself was remarkably easy…I never felt a thing. After the procedure, Dr. P came over and explained everything. He has great bedside manners. Never felt rushed. Would strongly recommend this practice.

Dr. Sri is an excellent listener and he'll answer and explain everything calmly to make sure you got it. As a foreign, sometimes I have a hard time to understand medical vocabulary, but he made everything easier for me to understand. Same about the staff. 10/10!!!

Can't imagine having a worse experience. I met with a NP Monday August 1st. She told me she was ordering test STAT so the results would come back quicker. They sent the orders and they did not say STAT. I had to call and email several times to get someone to send new orders. Once I got the orders and had a CT and blood work. I received all the results in the portal. I emailed them to see if someone was calling me back and I never heard back. I had to call them Monday August 8 to ask when someone was going to call me to discuss the results. The person told me some time today. I wait from 9am to 2:30pm to finally get a call and the person on the phones told me if I am still having symptoms to go to the emergency room. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy see this Dr office.

The nurse practitioner that was wearing all black scrubs on my visit was friendly. Dr. Pothamsetty answered all of my questions and walked me through the steps. The other nurse that was at the 2nd-floor front desk stated she sent my prescription to my pharmacy, however, I have yet to receive a notification from them about picking it up. All in all, very informative visit for my health.

I was really scared and nervous about it since it was my first time. But the Nurse are nice and keep me calm. I waited 3:30 hours before they start and call me to my procedures . They didn't give me a numbing spray for my throats but they sedate me really good to the point I didn't feel pain I woke up after 30min after My Endoscopy and biopsy and feeling wossy I think cause of the anesthesia but over all was great. The hard part is the IV since I'm a wimps haha.. with the needle other wise everything was fine! I didn't see Dr Pathomsetty since I was asleep. And when I woke up I just saw the Nurse getting me ready to go home.

Doctor is very thorough and caring. Staff is pleasant and quietly efficient. Very accommodating with regards to scheduling my procedure. They even have Saturday appointments for colonoscopy, which is a big deal for me, so I don't have to take time off from work, and neither does my wife.
