About Dr. Stacy Stadnik
San Antonio Chiropractor, Dr. Stacy J. Stadnik, graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, (Davenport, Iowa) in 2006. He practiced in Washington state for 16 years before deciding to relocate to the great state of Texas.
Dr. Stadnik feels that Chiropractic care has been the primary source in helping him optimize his health and wellness. To this day, he continues with maintenance chiropractic care to stay functioning at his best. Because of this, his mission has become to help as many people as possible to reach their optimum health and wellness goals.
Dr. Stadnik specializes in treating injuries to the neck and back that occur with auto accidents and work injuries. He is a graduate of the Spine Research Institute of San Diego and has an advanced training in Whiplash Injuries. He uses a number of techniques to best find the way to treat each individual’s health concerns and help get them back on track.
Along with Chiropractic care, Dr. Stadnik focuses on strengthening exercises to support the spine and posture. Without a strong foundation, the results we can achieve through Chiropractic care may not be fully expressed without strengthening the neck, mid-back, and lower back.

Went for an acute alignment issue knowing what was wrong. Was given an xray and told to come back for another appointment. At the second appointment was told instead of attending the acute concerns we would be doing a full body work through. This turned out to be some exercises that hurt more than helped, and an adjustment with very little adjusted as needed, and just general chiropractor neck and shoulder adjustments. I was told to fix it another 10 plus sessions were needed with additional expenses.
I appreciate the demeanor of the office staff, but was disappointed that severe pain and already having to wait a week to pay for treatment twice and still find no relief.

So far so good, the doctor and staff were very nice and helpful. Ex-rays were taken and a fiscal evaluation was preformed by the Dr. findings will discuss tomorrow during the following appointment.
