“I highly recommend Dr. Ilyusha for any urgent eye issues. I woke up on a Saturday with a painful, scratching sensation on my eyeball caused by a bump on the inside of my eyelid. I wasn't sure if I needed a surgeon or a general eye doctor, but Dr. Ilyusha saw me right away at Vistasite Eye Care.
He was professional and used advanced equipment to quickly find the problem. He performed a minor procedure in the office to remove the bump immediately. The 'stabbing' sensation was gone the moment he finished. He also prescribed the necessary follow-up drops and gave clear instructions for healing. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was very disappointing. During my second visit, the receptionist stated that I was not in the system and had never been there, even though I was holding my previous test results. Several obstacles were raised before it was blamed on a middle name discrepancy, despite them having my full information
I also requested my test results by email multiple times, as I need them to continue my treatment, n I still have not received them. This has delayed my care
Most uncomfortable was how the attitude changed once I mentioned purchasing expensive glasses. Respect and courtesy should never depend on how much someone spends or on their race, religion, or appearance.I hope they improves its front desk service”

Office staff called me too much before and after the appointment and have been patronizing about everything. I don't understand why.
I would go here again because the doctor was competent, and the location is convenient. Overall, the appointment was smooth. I think office staff are just overly worried about making mistakes.

This was such an amazing experience! Dr. Stan was absolutely amazing! And his medical tech and front staff were also amazing as well! Everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable from the get go! The wait time was literally three minutes! The med tech helped me with the exams and eased my nerves since I was having so much pain in my eyes today. I have glaucoma and they did every necessary exam for me and Dr. Stan made sure to go over all of the in house exams with me. Gave me new options for medicine as well as checked my eye pressure and helped me with treatment for the sty I came in with as well. He was so incredibly thorough and left a great impression. He is definitely who I’ll be seeing from here on out for my eye needs. Please book an appointment with him. You won’t be disappointed!
