About Stephanie Entin

I currently live in Los Angeles, California and am an Oklahoma native. I received my Master's degree in nutrition and also have certifications as a yoga and meditation teacher. Along the way, I also became a certified birth doula and started a photography company. My approach to nutrition and a healthy lifestyle has always been rooted in more alternative ways of cooking, eating and preventing disease. I tend to think more "outside the box" and believe that food is medicine. The closest you can be to eating foods as they came out of the ground, the better. My drive to helping others comes from the knowledge that I have about how I have healed my own health challenges.
