Staff is very polite. Actually kinda fun to talk to ??- good peeps. PA and nurses very friendly.
This office is very efficient with all they do which makes for less time wasted in room/waiting room.

Stephanie was great. I would recommend her highly.
The office induction process, however, has many duplication's between the tablet questions (which seem to repeat) and the paper questionnaire. This needs to be streamlined to respect the patient's time.

The receptionist set the tone for the appointment by being polite, smiling and giving eye contact. The phlebotomist, medical assistant and doctor were understanding, patient and professional. I had some issues on my visit, but they were quickly addressed. I was made to feel that I mattered and not just because I have insurance.

Stephanie was super friendly and explained things well. At times she seemed a little scattered but she was a good provider. I’d love for some of the office systems and processes to be a little better communicated. My prescription and referral seemed to get lost in the shuffle of the appointment and someone came in to take my blood even though I told the doctor I wanted to hold off. SUPER friendly office and loved their bedside manner. I can’t rave enough about the welcoming staff.
I do wish things were better communicated from staff member to staff member so I didn’t have to call back up and ask about things I had not received.
