About Stephanie Salamanca
Stephanie is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of experience caring for patients. She began her career as a nursing assistant and a registered nurse before earning her Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and her Master’s in Family Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University in 2018. Stephanie has a strong passion for eliminating barriers to care and ensuring that each patient has a treatment plan individualized to their unique needs. She is committed to making sure every patient feels confident and heard when deciding on a plan of care for their medical concerns. Stephanie has extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and providing primary care, gynecology services, and hormone replacement therapy to her patients. Outside of the office, she enjoys trying new foods, playing video games, and spending time with her spouse and two children.

Stephanie is one of the best care providers I've ever had! I came in for a physical, but felt like I left a therapy session. I’m so used to doctors giving me the TSA pre-check line treatment that Stephanie’s kindness and clear explanations actually shocked me. Kindly greeted when I arrived. Love this office - so comfortable and relaxed, not "clinic-y" at all! They called me back right away. I went in for a few different issues and both the medical assistant and Dr. Salamanca were so patient and listened in detail. She never makes me feel rushed, which I appreciate. I had a great appointment with Stephanie. I didn't feel rushed and she listened to all my questions and concerns. She also read the notes on my file beforehand so I didn't have to repeat everything I had already told someone else (which always seems to happen at other offices). The gentleman who took my blood was also amazing- so painless and fast!

Everyone in this office is amazing. From Stephanie to the front desk folks to the nurses and bloodwork techs. Everyone is friendly and I felt very welcome. The office feels very homey and comfortable, plus definitely LGBTQ+ friendly. A big pro is that they have a bloodwork lab right in the same office, so I didnt need to make a different appointment to get my tests done. I'm so happy that I'm establishing Stephanie as my primary care physician. Thank you all!

I think this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. Everyone was really nice and caring. During my annual exam, I’ve received some news that was unsettling. I cannot thank Dr. Salamanca and her team enough of how they handled it. I felt supported emotionally and physically. I knew my steps forward and this is what a true doctor should be. Highly recommend going to Dr Salamanca’s office as I’m definitely going to come back.

Absolutely love Dr. Salamanca! Such an amazing listener, trauma-informed, very caring and open. I've never felt so comfortable with a doctor before. The office is very calm and feels more like a cute coffee shop than a sterile medical office. Staff are always very friendly. Labs are done in the office as well, in another comfortable room. Was done in a few minutes and got results back the next day. So happy with my experiences and glad I found a consistent provider!

Possibly the best healthcare service experience I've ever had?? Seriously! The vibe of the office is a like a chill coffeeshop/spa, the front desk staff were very friendly and had all of my info from my Zocdoc paperwork. Waited maybe a few minutes, long enough to enjoy the candles and décor they had in the waiting area. Medical assistants were fantastic, and Dr. Stephanie was like a dream, wow!? SO patient, affirming, really listened to my concerns, explained my test results very thoroughly, and offered future care options. Felt very comfortable the whole time. They even had fruit and drinks for the way out!! Honestly such a great experience, I will be back for sure. Thank you all!
