This pelvic exam was my best experience to date. I actually avoided a well woman exam for 2 years, but I’m eager to go back because my doctor was so personable, thorough, and clear. She recommended suggestions I had never even considered for my reproductive health/future. The check-in/waiting room procedures were a little unclear so allow yourself lots of extra time to park and identify where in the building you’re supposed to be going. Thank you Dr. Smith-Sham for simply making me feel seen and safe.

Dr. Smith is a wonderful doctor. She is kind, she explains details on your situation and is super respectful. Highly recommend her. Her staff is also amazing!!! The only recommendation I would do, is to have on-site ultrasound. I don’t know why in Houston Drs. make you go to a different provider to get ultrasounds.
But aside from that, she is great!
