About Dr. Stephanie Walter

Dr. Walter is Board Certified in General Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, who joined our practice in April 2014. She comes to our practice from Nemours Children’s Hospital with over 7 years of experience as an Attending Physician in hospital medicine and outpatient pediatrics. In addition, she served as the director of the Enuresis Clinic, and was a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Thomas Jefferson University. She actively participated in the education of medical students and pediatric residents. Dr. Walter earned a Bachelor of Science at Rutgers, the State University of NJ and a Master of Education at the University of Virginia. She obtained her medical degree from the Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her pediatric residency training at Nemours Children’s Hospital/Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Walter and her husband have four children, and in her spare time she enjoys exercising, reading, spending time outdoors, and watching her children’s sports and activities. Dr. Walter enjoys seeing patients of all ages, but has a special interest in medically complex children.
