About Dr. Stephen E. Scarantino
Dr. Stephen E. Scarantino, a Long Island native, earned his undergraduate degree at Villanova University and his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine. He specialized in Obstetrics & Gynecology at St. Vincent's Medical Center, where he published articles on women's health and completed the Galloway Fellowship in gynecologic oncology at Memorial Sloane-Kettering Cancer Center. In 1999, he joined the Woman's Health Pavilion, aligning with his family legacy in medicine. Dr. Scarantino is board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Surgery, affiliated with prestigious medical centers, and actively involved in medical education. He was recommended for a Clinical Assistant Professorship at Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine. Recognized in "Marquis' Who's Who" and "America's Top OB/GYNs", he received the "Patient's Choice Award 2009". Besides his dedication to medicine, he enjoys golf, travel, cooking, and family time. Additionally, he offers minimally invasive, robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery.

office : environment is comfortable, warm, clutter free, with good lighting, no odors, no loud noise, & modern up to date equipment,

this was my first visit and I will continue my care as i felt safe and well cared for. plus there was available parking space.

I was a new patient with a problem, and they squeezed me in at the end of a long day for them. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, so I felt at ease . Dr Scarantino is very smart, very professional and provides good and reassuring care. Though it is a long drive from my house, I will absolutely be switching to this practice

This office was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the doctor was fantastic. She stayed answered all my questions and didn’t try to rush me out. Hey also we’re very thorough. Because of my family history of cancer, they made sure screened me for everything. I would definitely keep this office for all my gynecologist exams.

Front desk staff was wonderful - super friendly and very helpful! This was my first visit to this office and Barbara was so kind. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes before I was seen. Each member of staff I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Dr. Scarantino was wonderful and answered all of my questions. Had a great experience and look forward to my next appointment!
