About Dr. Steven Kipferl
Dr. Steven Kipferl received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Iowa. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.) degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science's William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, where he was recognized by the Pi-Delta Podiatric Medical Honors Society for academic achievement. He also completed a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.
Dr. Kipferl completed a three-year residency in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. During his residency, he worked with over 50 surgeons from Rush University Medical Center, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, North Shore University Health System, and Advocate Health System. He is an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

I was seeing another dr. at the time, then she moved to another site. I found another dr. at the site which I wanted to stay and continue my care. He was very nice and clearly explained my issue and from the previous visit I had. I would definitely recommend this site. The Dr. and staff are very welcoming.

Dr. Steven is amazing! For 36 years I have dealt with constant incredibly painful ingrown nails in both big toes. I finally gave up trying to take care of them by myself. The doctor had an instant relief procedure for me, and I am so excited to never have to feel the ingrown pain again.
