Had to wait about 30 minutes, but so worth it. Dr Rowe answer all my questions and wanted to make sure I understood everything.

Everything went well with my visit this morning. I was seen right on time (never even sat down in the waiting room)! The assistant who saw me first was very friendly and professional. She had a great touch when drawing blood. Dr. Rowe was also very friendly and answered all questions without seeming rushed. I was very pleased with my experience. This was my first appointment with this office and I won't hesitate to return when necessary.

It would be more respectful of other's time if when the doctor is running over an hour late for them to contact the patient so we did not have to rush and then wait almost 2 hours. We understand things happen but not to have consideration for others is not good. The saving grace was the doctor.
