About Dr. Stuart McCranels
Injury Treatment Solutions has been helping Brevard County residents for well over 20 years. We are a multidisciplinary facility specializing in diagnosing and treating problems involving the musculoskeletal system. These issues can be acute, chronic, or variable aches and pains resulting from normal daily activities or traumatic injury. Our team offers chiropractic treatment, medical care, and both passive and active physical rehabilitation. We also utilize spinal traction and decompression for patients with chronic or acute disc problems. Our providers are trained at Palmer College of Chiropractic Main Campus, holding Doctor of Chiropractic degrees, and have completed undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida.

Came in to get treatment after a car accident, had so much pain in my lower back and neck. After doing treatment with. Dr. McCranel and his wonderful staff, I can now back to doing my routine with ease. I am so grateful to have found this clinic. Amazing group of people to help with my recovery.
