Dr. Suma Oommen, MD, is a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center in 2002. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the well-reputed Christian Medical College in Vellore, India, graduating in 1991.
Since then, she has been deeply involved in clinical patient care and nutrition education. Her special interest lies in practicing and teaching nutrition to enhance and optimize her patients' health, alongside other lifestyle interventions.
Dr. Oommen focuses on promoting a preventive lifestyle and using comprehensive, conservative measures to improve health with minimal drug use. She likes to spend plenty of time with her patients to get to know them well and provide better care. She is also the Director of Dynamic Health Center, which is dedicated to helping patients achieve their optimum health through the science of homeopathy, nutrition, and alternative medicine.
She uses electronic health records and e-prescribing and is accessible through email.
When not working in her practice, Dr. Oommen volunteers her time at clinics for the uninsured whenever possible. She also gives free health education lectures at various nonprofit organizations and community groups. She strongly believes in giving back to the community and creating an impact for better, holistic health for all.

Wonderful experience. Since I needed a Dr. that didn’t just prescribes medication, I think I found just the right Dr for me!! I really enjoy a homeopathic approach since I am in the medical field and I know how much pushing medication harms us all .
She took the time to ask the right questions, gave me options and I really felt that she is very knowledgeable and caring.
I will definitely return if needed. I truly don’t feel like I should be looking for another Dr for my family and I.
