Waited 2 hours and the doctor never showed up, so I had to call and cancel the appt so my insurance wouldn't get charged.

I made my appt almost a month ago, and they waited until the day of my appt to tell me they don't take my insurance, but zocdoc said they did. Now, I am out of medication and have to find another provider and start this process and wait game all over again to get my medications.

I was told all my paperwork was complete and took off work for my appointment. I was then canceled on 1 minute prior to my appointment and told it was due to pending insurance. Wish I would have know this before taking off work and filling out HOURS of paperwork

Dr. Groom truly does seem like she cares for her clients. She was transparent about my case and explained that she was not the best equipped to handle it. Because of this, she referred me to another doctor. Unfortunately, the office she referred me to did not provide the service I booked with her. My only complaint is that she did respond back to me when I asked for help with the referral process, even though she stated I could. Other than that, she seems very nice and I’m sure she provides great care to those that she can do so for.

Dr. Groom is very sweet. She does whatever she can to help you out. She’s very encouraging and undrstanding. I would recommend her to anyone.
Always super helpful and willing to hear me out!
Dr. Groom was incredibly helpful in making sure that my medication is working for my day to day life and checks up on all the stressors I go through to see if there are any external factors which may affect my mood. She has been wonderful for each of our sessions and I would recommend her for anyone looking for help with anxiety or depression.
Attentive, caring. Always makes me feel welcome. She definitely creates a safe space for me to share my emotional situation. She is personable and knowledgeable. I feel like I'm in good hands.
She's very personable. Most of the time she's quick to respond to your needs and make adjustments as necessary. She keeps the environment comfortable and safe to talk.
Ms. Groom is by far my favorite provider. She takes the time to listen to my problems and comes up with solutions that work for us both. I love that she doesn't push me towards one direction and offers not just medical management but also solutions that make sense. She is a provider that truly cares!
She is one of the most down to earth, understanding practitioners I’ve ever dealt with. She makes it incredibly easy for me to be seen, express my concerns, and get genuine treatment for them.
Dr. Groom has been extremely helpful in both the diagnosis and treatment of my condition. I have seen improvements in my day to day functionality when experiencing moments of adversity. Her services have been effective and she has gone above and beyond to connect me with additional mental health resources for therapy. She is empathetic, nonjudgmental and respectful. I felt comfortable being very transparent with her during our sessions. I would highly recommend her services to others.
    She is the best!!
Dr.Summyji Is Wonderful ! She Always nows The Best Ways To Help Me. She An All Around Amazing Psychiatrist & I Have Recommended Her To My Friends.
Dr Groom is great! Talking to her feels more like having a conversation with a friend, meaning it is never awkward or uncomfortable. She is a great listener and she takes into account what i want and my thoughts as opposed to just saying, hey this is what we are going to do. I always look forward to our meetings! I also know if i need to meet sooner, she will make it happen.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my visit. I would recommend Dr. Groom to anyone who needs help without the overuse of medication.
