“The doctor was great. But we met for about two minutes. The office was too busy and people should be honest when booking appointments. Don't have me come in at 10:15 to do paperwork if you will make me sit until 11:30. Additionally, when leaving, the line was out the door ”

A lot of people in a waiting room. Waiting time more than an hour. Some people didn’t wear a mask.
I had to wait an hour for our video call. She didn’t apologies for her tardiness

Dr Marshall seemed very nice and easy to work with. The staff was also very nice.
No communication and completely disregarded my concerns
Verified patientVideo visit
The wait was an hour and a half and the waiting room was full.
It was my first ever urologist visit and I felt comfortable.
I am very happy with this doctor and the urology center.

Never show up for appointments and when I call her office they said they would check why she didn’t call me. And call me back they never did.
Verified patientVideo visit
The provider did not even turn on her camera, so it was unclear with whom I was speaking. This made me feel quite insecure. That said, I had an urgent matter that I needed resolved, so I took the appointment anyway. However, the provider did not provide a resolution for my issue, simply saying that the tests that I was ordered to have performed for a deployment was not within her expertise. So, she just referred me to another doctor. Very bad experience, even for Mount Sinai.

The doctor was a no show for our zoom call and their was no communication from the office. I waited almost an hour and no one came or communicated. This is very unprofessional.

Conglomerate medical care at its finest. I met via televisit due to the time sensitive nature. She was late and seemed distracted throughout my visit. Offered very little help in terms of clarifying questions and guidance. On top of that, its been 4 days and I still have not gotten my Rx sent. Getting in touch is near impossible - get sent thru multiple different operator lines.
Video visit
I had a video appointment with the doctor. She logged on 17 minutes late and did not acknowledge or apologize for her tardiness. The meeting was maybe 5 minutes long and I was advised someone would reach out to me to schedule an in person visit. 30 minutes later an appointment was made without reaching out to me for availability or to learn if the day & time works or me. Got the impression that my time is not deemed valuable, so I'll go elsewhere.

The doctor did not call in my medicine and then it was a long weekend, so I had to wait 4 days. Extremely unprofessional and I will never recommend Dr. Susan Marshall
Video visit
While knowledgeable, I felt this was not a professional experience. The doctor seemed unmotivated to ask follow up questions and do a complete review of my history.
Video visit
Really poor attitude from staff and doctor. She was rude and didn’t care and the staff most certainly don’t either. Appointments are a joke, no respect for patients time. If you come in, bring a book and block off your whole day. Oh and bring a thick skin because the staff don’t care about you either
Video visit
Very disappointing experience. I signed up for an initial telehealth consultation, and after waiting for 15 minutes on the dead video line, the doctor appeared on the call, spoke with me for five minutes, and then disconnected abruptly, leaving me waiting on the call for another 15 minutes. After I finally gave up and disconnected, she called my phone and told me that she had an emergency--something she certainly could have told me before disconnecting. Mount Sinai then called me to inform me that my health insurance wouldn't pay for the visit, even though both Zocdoc and my insurance provider assured me the visit was covered. I would also note that the only thing we discussed at the "visit" was setting up an actual in-person visit. Don't waste your time with telehealth appointments with Susan Marshall. You'll waste your time, won't receive medical advice, and will have to pay for the privilege.

I had booked an appointment to see a urologist after a primary care doctor recommended I do so after several UTIs. I had a 9:15 am appointment and I wanted over an hour to see the doctor. The appointment, itself, was no different than those I had at my primary care doctors office where I provided a urine sample and was prescribed another round of antibiotics. The whole appointment felt useless and the experience in the office was terrible.
Very comfortable talking with Dr. Marshall

Dr. Marshall was able to be there for what I needed. I had been diagnosed with a UTI, but just really needed the medication prescribed. She was able to do that, but the appointment was very short and to the point. The wait time was also ridiculously long. The provider herself is fine and I haven't had long or recurring experiences with her, however the wait time was so atrocious that I don't think I'd come back because of that.
The doctor was great. But we met for about two minutes. The office was too busy and people should be honest when booking appointments. Don't have me come in at 10:15 to do paperwork if you will make me sit until 11:30. Additionally, when leaving, the line was out the door
The doctor was professional and listened to my concerns. Unfortunately in the front of the office I waited for about 2 hours to be seen and I was confused for another patient. They person at the front desk told me I hadn’t been seen because I was waiting for an injection. I was there for an initial consultation, no injection.

Today was only a consultation but so far so good. The office was very packed however I was seen right away. My next appointments were scheduled very easily in the office as well.

I am very happy with the Doctor. Excellent.

I waited 2.5 hours for my appointment, in which her office didn’t have my test results. We rescheduled for a virtual test the following week and she never showed.

she was terrific and very helpful!

I arrived early to do paperwork and it was easy and on iPads and the front desk was very nice and helpful. Appointment went quick and I was seen even before I finished my paperwork. No one waited a long time, everyone was seen almost immediately from what I observed. Dr. Marshall was friendly and patient. Can't expect more from a doctor. Don't know why there are negative reviews on here but glad I tried her.

Seemed ok. It was a follow-up for an ER visit and things are going ok. She wants me to return in 6 months so I feel ok that that I'm in good health and my issues are being appropriately taken care of. (I unexpectedly got to see her a couple days early which worked out great. ).

very nice, thorough provider. highly recommend
Verified patient
This is a very busy office so there was a wait. That said - I will GLADLY return as the doctor is extraordinarily professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to address all of my concerns and patiently listened to all of my medical issues. She recommended an immediate course of action and I felt well cared for and secure. I highly recommend her!!
Verified patient
It took over 2 hours for me to be seen with almost no explanation or check ins while I was sitting alone in the room. When she finally met with me it took all of 5 minutes. She then forgot to call in my prescription and I had to call the office back with another outrageously long wait time on the phone.
Verified patient
It took me two months to book two appointments months in advance that were then canceled the day/week before. The level of unprofessionalism is atrocious. I have literally never received worse treatment from a doctor's office. Scheduling the appointment was absolutely impossible and to then have BOTH appointments canceled is utterly ridiculous. It is clear that healthcare in America is inferior but this was a true embodiment.
